#### 56 Consultants (1) The Board may, on behalf of Tourism Australia, engage persons having suitable qualifications and experience as consultants to the Board. (2) A consultant is to be engaged on the terms and conditions that the Board determines in writing. (3) A person does not hold a public office within the meaning of the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973 if the person is engaged as a consultant.
