sec.36 Appointment
There is to be an executive officer of the employing office (the executive officer ). The executive officer is to be appointed by the Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister. The executive officer is employed under this Act and not under the Public Sector Act 2022 . s 36 amd 2022 No. 34 s 365 sch 3 (sec.36-ssec.1) There is to be an executive officer of the employing office (the executive officer ).
