sec.21 Duration of appointment
A member holds office for the period, of not more than 3 years, stated in the member’s instrument of appointment. A member may be appointed as a member for no more than 2 consecutive periods. (sec.21-ssec.1) A member holds office for the period, of not more than 3 years, stated in the member’s instrument of appointment. (sec.21-ssec.2) A member may be appointed as a member for no more than 2 consecutive periods.
