sec.20 Composition
The board consists of— the chief executive of the department; and at least 8 other members. A member mentioned in subsection (1) (b) is to be appointed by the Governor in Council on the recommendation of the Minister. In recommending a person for appointment to the board, the Minister must have regard to the following— the person’s experience and expertise in business, financial management and promoting and staging events; the person’s knowledge of the tourism industry. (sec.20-ssec.1) The board consists of— the chief executive of the department; and at least 8 other members. (sec.20-ssec.2) A member mentioned in subsection (1) (b) is to be appointed by the Governor in Council on the recommendation of the Minister.
