sec.12 Appointment
There is to be a chief executive officer of the corporation (the CEO ). The CEO is to be appointed by the Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister. The CEO is to be employed under this Act and not the Public Sector Act 2022 . s 12 amd 2022 No. 34 s 365 sch 3 (sec.12-ssec.1) There is to be a chief executive officer of the corporation (the CEO ).
