#### 63 Failure of key employee to provide required information 63 Failure of key employee to provide required information > > (1) The Minister may, if a key employee refuses or fails to comply with a requirement of a notice served on the key employee under section 62, by notice in writing, direct— > > > > > (a) the licensee or a contractor, or > > > > > (b) any other appropriate person, > > > > to terminate immediately and not to renew the employment or arrangement by reason of which the key employee is a key employee of the licensee, contractor or other person. > > > (2) A person who does not give effect to a direction given to the person under this section is guilty of an offence. > > > > Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
