#### 55 Display of rules 55 Display of rules > A licensee or agent who accepts bets on a totalizator must— > > > (a) display in a prominent position at each place where bets on the totalizator are accepted a notice to the effect that a copy of the rules of the totalizator are available for inspection there free of charge, and > > > (b) keep available at each of those places a complete copy of the rules of the totalizator for inspection by any person free of charge on request, and > > > (c) provide a complete copy of the rules of the totalizator to any person on request by the person and payment of such reasonable charge as the licensee may require to be paid. > > Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
