#### 51 Surrender of licence 51 Surrender of licence > > (1) A licensee may surrender the licensee’s licence by giving notice in writing to the Minister. If the licence is held by more than one licensee, all licensees must surrender the licence. > > > (2) The surrender takes effect only if the Minister consents to the surrender.
