35 Substantial shareholders to give notice to Minister
> > (1) A person who is required to give notice to a licensee under a provision of Part 6C.1 of the [Corporations Act 2001](http://www.legislation.gov.au/) of the Commonwealth must give a copy of the notice to the Minister within the time that the notice is required under that Act to be given to the licensee.

> > (2) A licensee must notify the Minister in writing within 2 business days after it receives a notice from a person under a provision of Part 6C.1 of the [Corporations Act 2001](http://www.legislation.gov.au/) of the Commonwealth, informing the Minister of the name and address of the person from whom the notice was received.
