42 Applying for a pre‑poll vote
(1) Application for a pre‑poll vote may be made to:
(a) the Returning officer; or
(b) a pre‑poll voting officer.
(2) An applicant must:
(a) apply in person; and
(b) tell the officer to whom he or she applies:
(i) the ward for which the applicant is enrolled; and
(ii) any matters necessary for the officer to establish the applicant’s entitlement to vote in relation to the ward.
