102 Interpretation
In this Part, relevant period, in relation to an election under these Rules, means the period commencing on the publication in the Gazette of the notice under subsection 142Y (2) of the Act and expiring at the latest time on polling day at which a voter could enter a polling booth for the purpose of casting his or her vote in the election.
