6.1 Register
(1) As well as the matters mentioned in section 10 of the Act, the Register must show particulars of:
(a) transfers under sections 3.3 and 4.6 and temporary transfers under sections 4.7 and 4.9; and
(b) boats nominated under section 3.7.
