4.1 Division of fishing capacity into units
(1) The PZJA will divide the fishing capacity of the fishery into units.
(2) The number of units will be equivalent to the number of fishing days for the fishery at the commencement date.
(3) In working out the number of fishing days at the commencement date, the PZJA will not take into account any fishing days that have been temporarily allocated.
