sec.22 Property to be held on trust
A land trust is to hold, invest, use and distribute trust property— for the benefit of the Torres Strait Islanders for whose benefit the land trust holds the trust property; and in compliance with the Act and this regulation.
- (a) for the benefit of the Torres Strait Islanders for whose benefit the land trust holds the trust property; and
- (b) in compliance with the Act and this regulation.
