sec.20 When election of members of executive committee must be held
This section applies to a land trust if the land trust’s total income from all sources for a financial year is more than $20000. The land trust must, within 2 years after the end of the financial year, hold an election of members of the land trust to elect the members of its executive committee. (sec.20-ssec.1) This section applies to a land trust if the land trust’s total income from all sources for a financial year is more than $20000.
