sec.77 Land Court’s hearing
The Land Court must hold a hearing of the objection. All parties to the objection have the right to be heard at the hearing. s 77 amd 2007 No. 39 s 41 sch (sec.77-ssec.1) The Land Court must hold a hearing of the objection.
