#### 21 Providing video recordings—permitted provision (1) Subregulation (2) applies for paragraph 42(2)(f) of Schedule 2 to the Act. (2) The provision of a video recording to the Australian Human Rights Commission is a permitted provision of the recording if the provision is for the purpose of the Commission inquiring into the operation of provisions of the Act relating to carrying out an identification test.
