30 Application of requirement to hold quota units to take tropical rock lobster in the TRL fishery
(1) Part 2 applies on and from the first day of the first fishing season that starts after the allocation of quota units under subsection 15(1) has occurred. (2) However, for that first fishing season, subsection 13(1) applies as if the Minister must determine the total allowable catch for the fishing season as soon as practicable after the start of the fishing season.
