16 Basis on which quota units are allocated
A quota unit allocated under this Division is allocated on the basis that: (a) the quota unit may be suspended or cancelled under section 28; and (b) the quota unit may be suspended, cancelled, revoked, terminated or varied by or under later legislation; and (c) no compensation is payable if the quota unit is suspended, cancelled, revoked, terminated or varied as mentioned in any of the above paragraphs.
