14 Increasing the total allowable catch for a fishing season
(1) The Minister may increase the total allowable catch determined for a fishing season. (2) Subsections 13(2) and (3) apply to determining an increase in the total allowable catch for a fishing season in the same way as they apply to the making of a determination of the total allowable catch for a fishing season.
