sec.8 Form of permitted sign— Act , s 97
For section 97 (5) of the Act , definition permitted sign , a permitted sign must— be no larger than 210mm x 148mm; and display only the following words in the following sequence— ‘Smoking products sold here’. The words required to be displayed under subsection (1) (b) must be— 17mm or less in height; and in Arial or Times New Roman typeface; and in black on a white background. Also, the words required to be displayed under subsection (1) (b) must not be— in bold or italics; or underlined. s 8 amd 2023 SL No. 82 s 14 sch 1 (sec.8-ssec.1) For section 97 (5) of the Act , definition permitted sign , a permitted sign must— be no larger than 210mm x 148mm; and display only the following words in the following sequence— ‘Smoking products sold here’. - (a) be no larger than 210mm x 148mm; and
- (b) display only the following words in the following sequence— ‘Smoking products sold here’.
- (a) 17mm or less in height; and
- (b) in Arial or Times New Roman typeface; and
- (c) in black on a white background.
- (a) in bold or italics; or
- (b) underlined.
