sec.2B Invoices for supply to retailers— Act , s 49
For section 49 (2) of the Act , the requirements prescribed are that the invoice must contain the following details— the unique identifier for the invoice; the date of the supply of the smoking product; the brand name, type, variant and quantity of the smoking product; the following details of the retailer and licensee— business names; contact details; ABNs or ACNs. The details mentioned in subsection (1) (a) to (d) that are contained in the invoice must be clearly visible. s 2B ins 2023 SL No. 82 s 7 (sec.2B-ssec.1) For section 49 (2) of the Act , the requirements prescribed are that the invoice must contain the following details— the unique identifier for the invoice; the date of the supply of the smoking product; the brand name, type, variant and quantity of the smoking product; the following details of the retailer and licensee— business names; contact details; ABNs or ACNs. (sec.2B-ssec.2) The details mentioned in subsection (1) (a) to (d) that are contained in the invoice must be clearly visible.
