sec.15D Refused or withdrawn application
This section applies if— an applicant has paid the fee for an application; and the application is refused by the chief executive or withdrawn by the applicant. The chief executive must refund the fee for the application. s 15D ins 2023 SL No. 82 s 9 (sec.15D-ssec.1) This section applies if— an applicant has paid the fee for an application; and the application is refused by the chief executive or withdrawn by the applicant. (sec.15D-ssec.2) The chief executive must refund the fee for the application.
- (a) an applicant has paid the fee for an application; and
- (b) the application is refused by the chief executive or withdrawn by the applicant.
