sec.15A Commercial quantity for illicit tobacco— Act , s 161
For section 161 (5) of the Act , definition commercial quantity , the quantity prescribed is— for individual cigarettes—50 cigarettes; or otherwise—50g of tobacco products other than cigarettes. s 15A ins 2023 SL No. 82 s 8
- (a) for individual cigarettes—50 cigarettes; or
- (b) otherwise—50g of tobacco products other than cigarettes.
