sec.9 Meaning of wholesale outlet
A wholesale outlet is premises from which smoking products are available for sale by wholesale. Each of the premises mentioned in subsection (1) is taken to be a separate wholesale outlet regardless of ownership, any trading name or franchise agreements relating to the premises. s 9 ins 2023 No. 16 s 5 (sec.9-ssec.1) A wholesale outlet is premises from which smoking products are available for sale by wholesale.
