sec.81 Application of div 5
This division does not apply to— the supply of smoking products by— suppliers; or employees of suppliers in the course of the employees’ employment; or the supply of smoking products from coin operated vending machines. s 81 ins 1999 No. 61 s 25 amd 2001 No. 20 s 16
- (a) the supply of smoking products by— (i) suppliers; or (ii) employees of suppliers in the course of the employees’ employment; or
- (i) suppliers; or
- (ii) employees of suppliers in the course of the employees’ employment; or
- (b) the supply of smoking products from coin operated vending machines.
- (i) suppliers; or
- (ii) employees of suppliers in the course of the employees’ employment; or
