sec.8 Meaning of retail outlet
A retail outlet is premises at which smoking products are available for sale by retail. Each of the premises mentioned in subsection (1) is taken to be a separate retail outlet regardless of ownership, any trading name or franchise agreements relating to the premises. s 8 ins 2023 No. 16 s 5 (sec.8-ssec.1) A retail outlet is premises at which smoking products are available for sale by retail. (sec.8-ssec.2) Each of the premises mentioned in subsection (1) is taken to be a separate retail outlet regardless of ownership, any trading name or franchise agreements relating to the premises.
