sec.78 Supply of smoking products at liquor licensed premises from tobacco product vending machines
This section applies if— tobacco products may be purchased from a tobacco product vending machine at liquor licensed premises; and an employee of the person in charge of the tobacco product vending machine must purchase the tobacco product from the machine on behalf of a customer. The employee must not supply the tobacco product to the customer at any part of the liquor licensed premises other than a point of sale for the premises. Maximum penalty—140 penalty units. s 78 ins 2023 No. 16 s 16 (sec.78-ssec.1) This section applies if— tobacco products may be purchased from a tobacco product vending machine at liquor licensed premises; and an employee of the person in charge of the tobacco product vending machine must purchase the tobacco product from the machine on behalf of a customer. (sec.78-ssec.2) The employee must not supply the tobacco product to the customer at any part of the liquor licensed premises other than a point of sale for the premises. Maximum penalty—140 penalty units.
