sec.55 Definitions for division
In this division— affected person , for a decision, means— if the decision is an original decision—a person who must be given an information notice for the decision under this part; or if the decision is an internal review decision—the person who applied for the internal review. internal review , of an original decision, see section 57 (1) . internal review decision means a decision made, or taken to have been made, under section 59 on an application for an internal review of an original decision. original decision means a decision for which an information notice must be given under this part. QCAT information notice , for a decision, means a notice complying with the QCAT Act , section 157 (2) . s 55 ins 2023 No. 16 s 7
- (a) if the decision is an original decision—a person who must be given an information notice for the decision under this part; or
- (b) if the decision is an internal review decision—the person who applied for the internal review.
