sec.52 Particular dealings with licences prohibited
The licensee for a retail or wholesale licence must not— purport to sell or transfer the licence to someone else; or notify or advertise that the licence is available for sale or transfer; or permit or allow someone else to hold out that the person is the holder of the licence.
