sec.39 Surrender
A licensee may surrender a retail or wholesale licence by written notice (a surrender notice ) given to the chief executive. A retail or wholesale licence surrendered under subsection (1) ceases to have effect on the day the surrender notice is given to the chief executive or any later day stated in the notice. s 39 ins 2023 No. 16 s 7 (sec.39-ssec.1) A licensee may surrender a retail or wholesale licence by written notice (a surrender notice ) given to the chief executive.
