sec.32 Notice of decision
As soon as practicable after deciding an application to change a specific condition, the chief executive must give the applicant notice of the decision. The notice of the decision must be an information notice if the decision is to refuse to change all the specific conditions as requested in the application. s 32 ins 2023 No. 16 s 7 (sec.32-ssec.1) As soon as practicable after deciding an application to change a specific condition, the chief executive must give the applicant notice of the decision.
