sec.31 Deciding application
After considering an application to change a specific condition, the chief executive may decide to— grant the application; or refuse to grant the application. In granting the application, the chief executive may amend or remove a specific condition of the licence to the extent it is necessary to grant the application. However, a limited wholesale condition may only be applied to a retail licence if retail sales are the primary activity of the business to which the licence relates. The change to a specific condition takes effect on the day stated in the notice of the decision. If the decision is to grant the application, the chief executive must give the applicant a replacement copy of the licence incorporating the granted changes. s 31 ins 2023 No. 16 s 7 (sec.31-ssec.1) After considering an application to change a specific condition, the chief executive may decide to— grant the application; or refuse to grant the application.
