sec.27 Deciding application
After considering an application for the renewal or restoration of a retail or wholesale licence, the chief executive must decide to— grant the application; or refuse to grant the application. s 27 ins 2023 No. 16 s 7
- (a) grant the application; or
- (b) refuse to grant the application.
