sec.248 New evidentiary provisions
New section 229A applies in relation to a proceeding— whether the proceeding was started before or after the commencement; and whether the offence or contravention, if any, relating to the proceeding was committed before or after the commencement. s 248 ins 2025 No. 27 s 38
