sec.244 Notification of particular events

New section 47 applies in relation to a licensee only if the licensee’s licence was issued after the commencement. Despite the amendment of section 47 by the Tobacco and Other Smoking Products (Dismantling Illegal Trade) and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2025 , former section 47 continues to apply in relation to a licensee whose licence was issued before the commencement.
