sec.224 Definition for division
In this division— forfeiture decision means— a decision of the chief executive to forfeit a relevant product under section 205 ; or a decision of the chief executive to forfeit a bong or ice pipe, or a component of a bong or ice pipe, under section 205A . s 224 def forfeiture decision sub 2024 No. 51 s 30 amd 2025 No. 13 s 25 ; 2025 No. 27 s 33 s 224 ins 2023 No. 16 s 59
- (a) a decision of the chief executive to forfeit a relevant product under section 205 ; or
- (b) a decision of the chief executive to forfeit a bong or ice pipe, or a component of a bong or ice pipe, under section 205A .
