sec.223 Person smoking must stop when directed
A person smoking in contravention of a smoking prohibition must comply with a direction to stop smoking made to the person by an authorised person or another person authorised under section 222 . Maximum penalty—20 penalty units. In this section— smoking prohibition means section 112 (1) , 122 (1) , 125 (1) , 127 (1) or (2) , 128 (1) or (2) , 129 (1) , 130 (1) or (2) , 131 (1) or (2) , 133 (1) or (2) , 140 (1) , 142 (1) , 145 (1) , 146 (1) , 147 (1) , 148 (1) , 149 (1) , 150 (1) or (2) , 151 (1) , 152 (1) , (2) or (3) or 153 (1) . s 223 ins 2023 No. 16 s 48 (sec.223-ssec.1) A person smoking in contravention of a smoking prohibition must comply with a direction to stop smoking made to the person by an authorised person or another person authorised under section 222 .
