sec.210 Application of div 5
This division, other than sections 216 , 217 , 220 and 221, does not apply to a health service authorised person or a conservation officer under the Nature Conservation Act 1992 . Also, this division, other than sections 215 , 216 , 217 , 220 and 221 , does not apply to a police officer. Conservation officers and police officers are authorised persons. See section 170 . s 210 ins 2014 No. 65 s 66 amd 2023 No. 16 s 3 sch 1 (sec.210-ssec.1) This division, other than sections 216 , 217 , 220 and 221, does not apply to a health service authorised person or a conservation officer under the Nature Conservation Act 1992 .
