sec.165 State and local governments administer particular provisions
Both the State and local governments have a role in administering the following provisions (the relevant provisions )— part 7 , divisions 4 to 8 ; part 8 , division 4 . However, nothing in the relevant provisions imposes a duty on a local government to enforce the relevant provisions. s 165 ins 2016 No. 6 s 18 (sec.165-ssec.1) Both the State and local governments have a role in administering the following provisions (the relevant provisions )— part 7 , divisions 4 to 8 ; part 8 , division 4 . (sec.165-ssec.2) However, nothing in the relevant provisions imposes a duty on a local government to enforce the relevant provisions.
