sec.157 Fines payable for contravention of local law payable to local government
If— a proceeding for an offence is taken for a contravention of a local law made by a local government under this division; and a court imposes a fine for the offence; the fine must be paid to the local government. s 157 ins 2009 No. 44 s 181 sub 2016 No. 6 s 16
- (a) a proceeding for an offence is taken for a contravention of a local law made by a local government under this division; and
- (b) a court imposes a fine for the offence;
