sec.155 Consultation
If— a local government proposes to make a local law under section 154 ; and the local law is not subject to consultation requirements under the Local Government Act 2009 , section 29A or the City of Brisbane Act 2010 , section 31 ; the local government must consult with the department about the proposed local law before making it. s 155 ins 2009 No. 44 s 181 sub 2016 No. 6 s 16
