sec.149 Person must not smoke at outdoor pedestrian mall
A person must not smoke at an outdoor pedestrian mall. Maximum penalty—20 penalty units. In this section— outdoor pedestrian mall means each of the following— a mall established under the City of Brisbane Act 2010 , section 88 ; a mall established under the Local Government Act 2009 , section 80A ; a mall continued as a mall under the City of Brisbane Act 2010 , section 258 . s 149 ins 2016 No. 6 s 13 (sec.149-ssec.1) A person must not smoke at an outdoor pedestrian mall. Maximum penalty—20 penalty units. (sec.149-ssec.2) In this section— outdoor pedestrian mall means each of the following— a mall established under the City of Brisbane Act 2010 , section 88 ; a mall established under the Local Government Act 2009 , section 80A ; a mall continued as a mall under the City of Brisbane Act 2010 , section 258 .
- (a) a mall established under the City of Brisbane Act 2010 , section 88 ;
- (b) a mall established under the Local Government Act 2009 , section 80A ;
- (c) a mall continued as a mall under the City of Brisbane Act 2010 , section 258 .
