sec.141 Person must not smoke at an outdoor market
A person must not smoke at an outdoor market. Maximum penalty—20 penalty units. Subsection (1) does not apply to a smoking area set aside under section 144 . s 141 prev s 26ZE ins 2004 No. 47 s 40 amd 2014 No. 60 s 105 sch 1 sub 2016 No. 6 s 11 om 2023 No. 16 s 45 pres s 141 ins 2023 No. 16 s 46 (sec.141-ssec.1) A person must not smoke at an outdoor market. Maximum penalty—20 penalty units. (sec.141-ssec.2) Subsection (1) does not apply to a smoking area set aside under section 144 .
