sec.122 Person must not smoke at major sports facility
A person must not smoke at a major sports facility. Maximum penalty—20 penalty units. Subsection (1) does not apply to the following areas of a major sports facility— a road or carpark; a picnic area or area of parkland. s 122 ins 2016 No. 6 s 9 (sec.122-ssec.1) A person must not smoke at a major sports facility.
