sec.117 Person must not smoke in motor vehicle if person under 16 in the vehicle
A person must not smoke in a motor vehicle if— the vehicle is on a road or road-related area; and another person in the vehicle is under 16 years of age. Maximum penalty—20 penalty units. s 117 ins 2009 No. 44 s 180
- (a) the vehicle is on a road or road-related area; and
- (b) another person in the vehicle is under 16 years of age.
