sec.116 Person must not smoke in motor vehicle being used for business use if anyone else in the vehicle
A person must not smoke in a motor vehicle if— the vehicle is on a road or road-related area; and the vehicle is being used for business use; and another person is in the vehicle. Maximum penalty—20 penalty units. s 116 ins 2009 No. 44 s 180
- (a) the vehicle is on a road or road-related area; and
- (b) the vehicle is being used for business use; and
- (c) another person is in the vehicle.
