sec.100 Certain business names allowed
A person in charge of a tobacco product vending machine does not advertise or display a smoking product merely by using a business name that includes a reference to a smoking product. However, a person in charge of a tobacco product vending machine is taken to advertise or display a smoking product if the person advertises or displays a business name that includes anything about the price of smoking products.
