#### 25D Modifications of Part 3 of the Regulatory Powers Act Part 3 of the Regulatory Powers Act applies in relation to evidential material that relates to a provision mentioned in subsection 25C(1) of this Act as if a reference in paragraphs 66(1)(c) and 67(1)(a) of the Regulatory Powers Act to 60 days were a reference to 90 days. > Note: Those paragraphs relate to the period for returning things seized under Part 3 of the Regulatory Powers Act.
