36H Details of warrant to be given to occupier

S. 36H(1) amended by No. 51/2024 s. 22(a).

(1) If the occupier is present at premises where a search warrant is being executed, the inspector or police officer must—

(a) identify themselves to the occupier; and

(b) give to the occupier a copy of the warrant.

(2) If the occupier is not present at premises where a search warrant is being executed, the inspector or police officer must—

(a) identify themselves to a person at the premises; and

(b) give to the person a copy of the warrant.
